鸡丝河粉。。。copying ipoh style...but i cannot make the soup as good as ipoh oldtown kopitiam...i think the spareribs here are too oily...and i cannot find bones only around...haha...any tips??
i wanna make laksa...but dun have the swallow brand's paste...still thinking of where to buy it...as for nasi lemak...i am still looking for yeo's nasi lemak paste in tin...haha...i do had failures also...i made wanton...but then not successful because the wrapping is too thick and my fillings doesnt taste good......haha.....gambate for next time!!!
