here's some of my masterpiece...
eileen's chicken wing (following mum's recipe), but looks different, i think the fat of swiss chicken seems to be more than malaysian ones...haha
besides that, i also tried to bake my first cake...egg cake (鸡蛋糕）
it could be a success because the color and texture turn out well, the first few hours...the next morning, it became as hard as rock, due to the dry weather here...hmmm, i think i should steam it instead, or add some baking soda...=) mum said it looked really good...next i wanna make butter cake.....
the next one is tuna puff which i am drooling over since watching 美女厨房。。。
i used ready make pastry and just put some tuna mayonaise and surimi...and not forgetting seaweed wrap....and here is how it looks like....there's still a lot of room for improvement...
